We will be releasing an updated ASX Energy website with a target launch date of 6 June 2026.
The ASX Energy website has been a staple offering since its launch in 2008 and has helped keep our customers connected to the information that matters most in the ever-evolving landscape of the Australian and New Zealand Energy Markets.
To reflect the innovative and dynamic nature of these markets and the data we provide, we are launching an updated website for our customers, who will be able to take advantage of improved usability while continuing to receive reliable, accurate and dependable information.

Will the data I receive change?
No, your subscription will remain the same and provide access to the same data you
currently receive including the daily files, web-based trade log feature and 10-minute
delayed price display.
Subscribers to our new API delivery mechanism will also still maintain access to this
mechanism including the ability to poll from intra-day delayed price ticker feeds and trade
log functions.
Will my login details change?
No, existing customers will maintain access to the website using their current login details.
Will my connection methods change?
No, your current chosen method of sFTP, email delivery and/or API subscription will remain
your delivery method for daily file access.
Will this impact my current subscription?
No, all current subscription details such as prices and expiry dates will remain the same
until your respective subscription period lapses.
How will our cutover process work?
When launched the new website will be available at the existing ASX energy
address. We intend to allow access to the old website which will be accessed via http://legacy.asxenergy.com.au/ for 6 weeks while customers become familiar
with the new website.
